Palmetto Air & Water Balance Acquires Assets of Air Balance Corporation

(Greenville, SC: January 6, 2012) Palmetto Air & Water Balance, a leading provider of testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) services for clients throughout the Southeast, recently acquired assets of Greensboro, NC-based Air Balance Enterprises (DBA Air Balance Corporation).

Air Balance Corporation was the first certified TAB agency in the state of North Carolina with continued operations since 1970. The company's Greensboro office will become a branch location of Palmetto Air & Water Balance under the leadership of Operations Manager Mike Ingold and TBE Joe Hobson.

The decision to move forward with the asset purchase of Air Balance Corporation was a strategic move by Palmetto Air & Water Balance as the company looks to gain additional market share in the North Carolina region. The transaction was finalized December 7, 2011.
