Palmetto Air & Water Balance Acquires Assets of Medley Service Co.

(Greenville, SC: January 28, 2011) Palmetto Air & Water Balance, a leading provider of Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) services for clients throughout the Southeast, recently acquired assets of Gaffney, SC-based Bi-State Services & Sales, Ltd (DBA Medley Service Co.).

Medley Service Co. was founded in 1986. Former Owner Mickey Medley will continue to provide services on an as-needed basis, while the firm's other staff members, Michael Medley and Paul Killian, will join the Palmetto Air & Water Balance team at the company's Charlotte, NC location.

The decision to move forward with the asset purchase of Medley Service Co. was a strategic move by Palmetto Air & Water Balance as the company looks to gain additional market share in the South Carolina and North Carolina region. The transaction was finalized January 28, 2011.
